Living in the Tri-City Area:

Alamo Heights, Olmos Park, & Terrell Hills

The most important part of searching for a home to buy is to know where YOU want to live.

The adage:  location, location, location.... comes to mind.

If you have decided to live in a home which is located within the Alamo Heights Independent School District (AHISD) in the greater San Antonio metropolitan area… the next step is to find a REALTOR® who is experienced and knows the area well.

I am a resident of Terrell Hills. My husband's parents moved to Terrell Hills in the 1940's. So, we have been a part of this community for aeons.   Suffice to say:  we know it well.  We know the streets and the people for whom the streets were named.  We have probably been in a great majority of the homes in the area.

The homes in this area are highly sought after.  The driver of the market is the school district.  As the top  rated school district in the area, buyers seek out homes.  They are generally looking for family homes.

If you have a home to sell, and it is a "normal" family home in good condition, it should sell quickly.  There are exceptions to this generalized statement.  Luxury homes have a more limited buyer pool.
